A Little Bit About Me

On hiring decisions, go with the person who has made the most out of the opportunities they've had in the past.

The biggest mistake I see employers make is when they find the perfect candidate, but does not make an offer and instead compares that perfect candidate to others before making the offer. The time it takes to interview the other candidates leaves the door open to losing the perfect candidate.

My family and boxer, exercising, coaching soccer and boxing, music, Netflix and my nerd hobby: taking my ancient computer and burning interesting holiday music for my clients and coworkers each December. I will have to stop soon because nobody owns a CD player anymore. :-)

When I place a contractor in their dream contract position and that contractor is the ideal person for my client.
