A piece of advice I would give to employers is to make interviewees, interns, or new hires feel welcome. They are nervous enough as it is!
The biggest mistake that I see job seekers making is not doing their due diligence, or following up after the fact. Being knowledgeable about the company and showing them that you are thoroughly interested goes a very long way.
I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with my family and friends, and trying new restaurants. I love being active, too - running, spin classes and skiing are at the top of my list!
My favorite part of my job is being able to meet so many new people with different backgrounds, while still being able to find common ground and help them with new opportunities.
